Payment Options

We offer two convenient payment options for our services:

1. Split Payment
- Deposit: 50% of the total project cost is due before the project begins.
- Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and before the final deliverables are transferred to the client.

2. Full Payment
- Clients may choose to pay the full project cost upfront, before the project begins.

Rights and Ownership

- AIMCAN Productions Inc. retains all rights to the images, videos, and processed media until full payment is received and the deliverables are transferred to the client.
- Once the final payment is made, the rights to the deliverables are transferred to the client.

Cancellation and Refunds

- If a project is canceled by the client after the deposit is paid but before the project begins, a partial refund of 25% of the total project cost will be issued.
- If a project is canceled by the client after the project has begun, the deposit is non-refundable.

Revisions and Adjustments

- We offer one round of minor revisions free of charge. Additional revisions may incur extra costs, which will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.
